As the owner and founder of Alder Homes, I strive to work with a team of sub-contractors who pride themselves not only on their high level of craftsmanship, but, more importantly, their commitment to strong business and personal ethics.
In seeking out above-average craftsmen, I have found there is a greater passion and respect for quality in every aspect and greater sense of pride in a job exceptionally well done. I personally stand behind the work of every individual who becomes a part of creating an Alder home.
Naturally, that standard applies to the materials we use, as well.
I’m a third generation home builder, so I grew up learning the craft and benefited from the knowledge of previous generations. In high school, I spent the summers working with our family’s framing contractors. Shortly after graduation, I used those first-hand experiences as project manager for Hutchison Homes in Oklahoma City and Lubbock, Texas. I became proficient in all aspects of residential building codes and efficient construction processes. Since 1999, I have worked tirelessly to form a team of sub-contractors that share my vision for creating ideal environments for all types of families.
One of the greatest benefits of Alder Fine Homes is that throughout construction you only communicate with me, the owner of the company. There is no chain of commands to navigate when making decisions as with larger builders. I personally visit each site daily to inspect progress and quality.
Our goal at Alder Fine Homes is to make you feel just as at-home with us as you do in the house we build for you.
